Melissa Best is the Founder of Daybreak Management Group, a creative strategist and experience producer whose work sits at the intersection of people, purpose, and production.

For more than a decade, Melissa has helped corporations, nonprofits, institutions, and mission-driven leaders translate complex ideas into clear strategies, meaningful experiences, and thoughtful execution. She is known for bringing calm to high-stakes environments and creating experiences that help people feel seen while moving organizations toward their goals.

A Brooklyn native shaped by Caribbean heritage, family, and community, Melissa brings a deeply human perspective to her work. She believes gathering is never just logistical; the rooms we create communicate what we value, whose stories matter, and how people are invited to participate.

Melissa graduated with honors from New York University and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Since founding Daybreak Management Group in 2016, she has led experiential work for organizations including Pfizer, Solar One, YWCA White Plains, Avenues for Justice, Brookfield, YouTube, and others.

Across every engagement, Melissa’s aim remains the same: to bring clarity to the vision, create breathing room for the teams she serves, and build experiences that are as intentional behind the scenes as they are impactful in the room.
